摘要
面对日益增长的工业制冷设备日常维护需求和现有人工维护管理方式之间的矛盾,分析了现有工业制冷设备日常维护的困难,针对工业制冷设备需要大量的日常维护工作和较高的运行成本以保证制冷工程的正常运作等问题,采用物联网技术设计了工业制冷设备远程监测系统。介绍系统的总体结构、远程监测终端硬件、软件设计及远程监测服务器设计,实现了工业制冷设备的无线远程监测,达到了制冷设备生产厂家对设备监测的预期目的。
Facing the problem between the growing industrial demand for refrigeration equipment and the artificial maintenance management, this paper analyzes the difficulties existing routine maintenance of industrial refrigeration equipment. According to the reality of industrial refrigeration equipment during normal operation which needs a lot of routine maintenance work and much human cost to ensure the normal operation of the refrigeration engineering. Industrial refrigeration equipment remote monitoring system is designed using Internet of things. The overall struc- ture of the system, remote monitoring terminal hardware design, remote monitoring terminal software design, and remote monitoring server design have been described, to realize industrial refrigeration equipment for wireless re- mote monitoring. And it achieves the desired purpose refrigeration equipment manufacturers.
