摘要许多国家自20世纪80年代起,逐步对外语教学进行改革,逐渐从单纯的语言教学转向将语言教学与学科内容教学相结合,即CLIL(Content And Language Integrated Learning)内容与语言相融合的教学理念,主要形成了以内容为基础的教学和浸没法的课堂教学法。笔者运用此教学理念,将西餐文化、家庭西餐制作等教学内容融合到英语专业专科精读课程的教学中,提高了学生的学习兴趣,培养了学生实际应用语言的技能,加深了学生对于学习内容的理解和记忆,探索了成人英语课堂教学的新途径。
