创业行为对创业知识溢出的影响研究:关系资本的调节作用

Research on the Influence of Entrepreneurial Behavior on Entrepreneurial Knowledge Spillovers: Relationship Capital as a Moderator

创业行为促进创业知识的溢出,本文通过288份问卷调查,实证分析了创业行为与创业机会捕捉的知识溢出、克服新进入缺陷的知识溢出的关系作用,并引入了创业者关系资本作为调节变量。结果发现:创业行为对创业机会捕捉的知识溢出、克服新进入缺陷的知识溢出有正向影响;关系资本对创业机会捕捉的知识溢出有正向影响,对克服新进入缺陷的知识溢出有负向影响;关系资本在创业行为与创业机会捕捉的知识溢出关系中起调节作用,在创业行为与克服新进入缺陷的知识溢出关系中的调节作用不显著。

Entrepreneurial behavior promotes entrepreneurial knowledge spillover. The paper empirically analyses the relationships between entrepreneurial behavior and the knowledge spillover of capturing entrepreneurial opportunity, the knowledge spillover of overcoming the liability of newness, and introducing the entrepreneurs＇ relationship capital as a moderator, through 288 questionnaires. Results show： The entrepreneurial behavior has positive impact on the knowl edge spillover of capturing entrepreneurial opportunity, the knowledge spillover of overcoming the liability of newness ; Relationship capital has a positive effect on the knowledge spillover of capturing entrepreneurial opportunity, and has a negative effect on the knowledge spillover of overcoming the liability of newness ; Relationship capital has the moderating role between entrepreneurial behavior and the knowledge spillover of capturing entrepreneurial opportunity, and its mod erating role is not significant between entrepreneurial behavior and the knowledge spillover of overcoming the liability of newness.
