摘要
微型学习具有短小、松散、实用及非正式等特点,适应了企业新生代员工的学习需求,而其随机性、自发性和碎片化特性又难以促成高效的微型学习,需要在新生代员工微型学习过程中,设置临时性支持框架,以帮助学习者顺利通过最近发展区,获取知识和技能并学会学习。依据新生代员工微型学习系统要素及个体需求,设计了面向企业新生代员工微型学习的系统性学习支架,具体包括"目标方向"、"任务资源"、"评价诊断"、"工具技术"、"方法策略"、"文化制度"等六大类型,阐述其设计原理和具体策略,有助于企业新生代员工提高学习效率,并为微型学习资源设计提供具体策略。
Micro-Learning has the characteristics of short, loose, practical and informal, these Characteristics adapted to the learning needs of the enterprises new generation employees.However, its characteristics of randomness, spontaneity and fragmentation make it difficult to contribute the Micro-Learning of new generation employees efficiently, unless we set up temporary support frame-work in the process of the Micro-Learning of new generation employees, it aims to help learners to pass the zone of proximal develop-ment successfully to acquire knowledge and skills and learn how to study. According to the Micro-Learning system elements of new generation employees and individual requirements, this paper has designed the Micro-Learning systemic learn-ing scaffold of enterpris-es new generation employees including ‘goal and orientation’, ‘task and resource’, ‘evaluation and diagnose’, ‘tool and technology’,‘method and strategy’,‘cultural institution’ and so on, they explain the design principle and concrete strategy to develop the learning efficien-cy of enterprises new generation employees and provide the microscopic strategy of the design of Micro-Learning resources.
