论青海省城乡一体化水平及其发展对策

Discussion About Urban-Rural Integration Level of Qinghai Province and its Development Strategies

当前,对青海省城乡一体化问题研究不仅是比较紧迫的理论课题,也是推进青海省进一步全面深化改革的现实需要。文章通过对来自官方统计数据的分析,阐释了这些数据背后所隐藏的社会意义,认为自进入新世纪以来尤其是十一五期间,青海省城乡一体化建设速度明显加快,但是建设质量水平还非常低下。与全国城乡一体化建设的平均水平相比,综合指数低于全国平均水平4个百分点。本文结合青海省情和区域自然经济社会特点,提出了推动青海省城乡一体化发展的四个对策。

To Study on Urban--rural integration is not only a more important theoretical question, but also has realistic needs to promote Qinghai further reform ＆ development. This paper sets forth its posi- tions on Qinghai urban--rural integration on the basis of statistical data and has some conclusions as fol- lows. Firstly, Qinghai urban--rural integration has been increasingly developing since entering new mil- lennium, especially the 11th five--year plan. Secondly, from the perspective of the comparison, urban-- rural construction quality in Qinghai province is very poorer of 4% than the national average. Thirdly, four strategies to promote Qinghai urban--rural development are put forward, combined with regional e- conomy and social realities.
