基于政治参与度的农村民主政治发展研究

The Rural Democractic Political Development Based on the Political Participation

政治参与是民主政治发展的重要反映和内容,是政治现代化进程中的重要标志。在我国实现村民自治的背景下,农民的政治参与热情正逐步提高,这对农村民主政治发展起到了重要的作用,但也存在着许多问题。本文通过对青海省互助县丹麻镇的村庄进行调研,并结合相关的学术概念以及学术成果,对政治参与对农村民主政治发展的作用进行了概括,同时也分析了非制度化政治参与对农村民主政治发展的消极影响。针对这些研究,能够提高农民政治参与的质量,从而促进农村民主政治发展。

Political participation is an important reflect and element of democratic political develop- ment, it is an important symbol of political modernization process. In the background of our implementa- tion of villager autonomy, the farmer＇s enthusiasm for political participation is gradually improve. This has important effect on the rural democratic political development, but there are also many problems. Through the investigation to the Danma town＇s village of Huzhu County, Qinghai Province, writer combined with relevant academic concepts and academic achievement, and sums up the effect of political participation in the rural democratic political development. At the same time, writer also analyzes the negative influence on the development of rural democratic politics in non--institutionalized political participation. According to the research, it show that improving the quality of peasants＇ political participation, so as to promote rural democratic political development.
