Comment on the Singing Art of Zhu Zhonglu's Hua'er

朱仲禄是我国著名的"花儿"艺术家,他不仅在"花儿"演唱艺术上达到了较高的水平,探索积累了丰富的演唱经验,而且在"花儿"的创作、研究上造诣颇深,是集"花儿"演唱、传播、创作、研究为一体的学者型歌手,给我们留下了宝贵的民族民间音乐财富。对朱仲禄的演唱艺术理论及实践的研究,对于继承并丰富民歌演唱艺术方法,弘扬我国优秀的民族民间音乐文化,使"花儿"得到更有效的保护、传承、推广和发展,都具有积极的意义。

Zhu Zhonglu is a well--known artist of Hua＇er in China who is not only famous [or his high level in singing skills and abundant performing experiences, but also for his creation and studies in Hua ＇ er art. As a singer and a scholar, Zhu is excellent in singing, spreading, creating, and studying Hua＇er. His achievements have become a treasure in folk music. Therefore it is significant to study Zhu＇s artistic theo- ries and practice because it is particularly beneficial to inherit, enrich, develop, and spread different forms of folk music, and to protect and preserve Hua＇er as well.
