摘要
信息技术的日新月异和医学科研的迅速发展,对记载着高原医学科研重要成果的科研档案管理也提出了新的要求,本文对高原医学科研档案所具有的特点进行了分析,对信息技术条件下科研档案的管理体制、管理模式进行了探讨。
