摘要
采用调查法、文献资料法、逻辑分析法,以杜克大学体育社团管理模式为例,研究美国一流高校体育社团的组织结构、成立与审批制度、资金来源、社团活动管理、风险管理等方面内容,为我国相关部门制定体育类社团管理规章制度提供可借鉴的依据和建议。
Adopting questionnaires, literature study and logical analysis, the author expatiated on the management model of sports clubs in top ranking U. S. universities, including the contents of organizational structure, the regulations of club setting up and approval procedures, the fund resources, the activities management, and the risk management, sports clubs of Duke University was studied. The purpose was to provide references for the concerned administration sections making sports clubs regulations.
