中国梦的政治架构探析

An Analysis of the Political Structure of the Chinese Dream

党的十八大后,习近平总书记对实现"两个一百年"目标、实现中华民族伟大复兴的中国梦做出一系列重要论述,升华了中国共产党的执政理念,体现了中国共产党人对历史、对国家、对民族的高度责任感,反映了全体中国人民的共同意愿。本文在对中国梦的政治构架以人民民主为本质规定及其若干制度依托的论述基础上,分析以人民民主的理论自信、道路自信、制度自信的信仰选择和持有,强调提升信念的内在的精神驱动力;积极稳妥地推进政治体制改革必须坚持党的领导、人民民主和依法治国的有机统一,必须坚持正确的政治方向,必须循序渐进、稳中求进、扎实推进,同时还必须加强以宪法为中心、以权利为核心的制度体系建设。

After the 18th CPC National Congress, General Secretary Xi Jinping made a series of important expositions on the implementation of ＂Two One-Hundred Years＂ goal and the Chinese Dream of the reju- venation of China, which sublimates CPC^s governing philosophies, reflecting both Communist Party Members high sense of responsibility towards history, the nation as well as the people, and the common aspiration of people all over the country. According to the discussion of the political framework of the Chi- nese Dream which is based upon democratic fundamentals and various systems, the analysis of the Chinese Dream shows that it relies on the confidence and faith in the theory, path, and system of democracy, and improves the internal impetus. This depiction indicates the definite progress in the reform of the political framework that requires the adherence to the unity of party leadership, democracy, and the rule of law. It also requires proper political direction, gradual advancement, steady improvement, and solid progress while strengthening the system centered on the constitution and rights.
