城市新区培育和践行社会主义核心价值观问题

On Developing the New Urban Area of China and Practicing the Socialist Key Value Idea

城市新区是我国新的经济增长极。初建时期其文化纷杂多元而无主体,有来自域外文明的世界文化,有传承中华的传统文化,有表现本土特色的地方文化,有彰显市场原则的大众文化等,这些文化对新区发展有一定的促进作用,但也造成一定程度的混乱局面。如何在纷杂文化中确立社会主义核心价值观的主导地位以引领新区建设,既是理论问题也是现实问题。社会主义核心价值观自身的先进性、民族性、时代性,以及新区的人文环境,为城市新区培育和践行社会主义核心价值提供了前提条件。应通过媒体和城市其他载体和组织,整合城市新区文化资源,在城市新区人民的参与下,培育和践行社会主义核心价值观。

The new urban area is the economic growth pole of our country. At the beginning of the establishment, no core culture is found in the new urban areas with the existence of multi-culture such as world culture, Chinese traditional culture, native place culture and mass culture. All of these cultures can spur the development of the new urban area, but they will also cause public confusion. It is both a theoretical problem and a reality to develop the new urban area on the basis of the socialist key value idea. The advanced nature of the socialist key value idea, its nationality, modernity and cultural environment provide the prerequisites for the development of the new urban area and for the practice of the socialist key value idea. By mass media and designing a city, the culture will be integrated and the socialist key value idea will be natured and practiced under people＇ s participation.
