Constructing eco-civilization is a long-term task of vital importance to the people＇s well-being and China＇s future. Environmental protection and eco-civilization construction have become a common subject and general consensus of the international community, a strategic goal of the Party and the State, and a basic prin- ciple established by Cbina＇s constitution. In fact, environmental protection and eco-civilization are not only a de- velopment mode, but also a life style; they are not only the significant development of political civilization, but al- so the important content of cultural construction.
