摘要
生态文明建设是党的"十八大"为适应新形势、新的经济社会发展需要提出来的新观念,对于正确处理人与自然的关系、人与社会的关系、人与人的关系具有重要意义。在知识经济这种新型的经济形态的影响下,信息化成为未来生态文明社会的主要特征。如何在知识经济体制下正确运用好信息技术,决定着生态文明建设的发展方向。
In order to adapt to the new situation and the new economic and social development, eco-civiliza- tion construction has been proposed, which is meaningful for dealing with the relationship between man and na- ture, relationship between man and society and relationship among people. Under the influence of knowledge e- conomy, lnformatization becomes the main characteristics of the eco-civilization construction in the future. How to utilize information technology properly determines the development direction of eco-civilization construction.
