Application of Automatic Measuring and Reporting System in Eightreservoir Scheduling

通过对八宝海水库自动测报系统的建立,包括水库入库站雨量及本站雨量、水位自动测报系统,对进一步利用自动测报系统进行报汛,提高报汛时效性及报汛的准确率奠定了基础,防汛测报效益大幅提高,为防汛决策提供及时、准确的雨水情信息,为水库洪水的风险调度提供了科学依据。

In this paper,the establishment of automatic measuring and reporting system on Eightseawater library,including reservoir system automatic station rainfall ,the rainfall and water level ,could report flood information for the further use of automatic measuring and reporting system.It laid the foundation for improving the accuracy of forecast timeliness and flood forecast, so that flood forecast efficiency improved.It provided timely and accurate rainfall information for flood control decision, meanwhile provided scientific basis for reservoir flood risk.
