高职院校园林技术专业学生职业能力培养模式探究

Exploration on Professional Ability Cultivating Mode of Garden Technological Majors in Higher Vocational Colleges

以广东农工商职业技术学院为例,分析了高职院校园林技术专业学生的职业岗位能力需求,探索了职业能力培养的途径和实施方法:遵循"以市场为导向,以技能为核心"的教育理念,建立具有院校特色的教学系统,强化培养职业能力的教学实践内容,推进工学结合和校企合作的运行模式。培养学生城市园林工作能力,以适应农垦园林工作需求,将人才培养目标与社会的需要进一步贴近,有效地促进毕业生就业。

Taking Guangdong AIB Polytechnic College as an example, the ability requirement of garden technology education in higher vocational colleges was analyzed, and the implementation methods of vocational ability cultivation were explored.The college should follow the market -oriented and skills as the core educational ideas,build characteristic teaching system,strengthen the teaching content of cultivating professional ability,and carry out the work-integrated learning mode and school-enterprise integration mode.Training students＇ urban garden working ability, so as to meet to the gardening need.Based on these methods, making the talent training goals fill the social need,improving the employment of graduates.
