超声引导下热消融治疗甲状腺结节的应用

Application of Ultrasound-guided Thermal Ablation on Thyroid Nodules

超声引导下热消融治疗是一种新的临床微创治疗技术,在国外已经应用于原发性肝癌、大肠癌肝转移、肺肿瘤、肾脏肿瘤、子宫肌瘤、乳腺癌、甲状腺结节及高危占位等的治疗,国内此项技术的研究和开展却相对较少。热消融法主要包括射频消融、微波凝固治疗及激光消融等,射频消融术和激光消融治疗是目前较常用的方法。本研究目的就三种方法在甲状腺结节的临床应用进行综述。

Ultrasound-guided thermal ablation therapy is a new clinical minimally invasive technique.At present, it has been used in primary hepatocellular carcinoma, liver metastasis in coloreetal cancer, tumors of lung and kidney, uterine fibroids, breast cancer, thyroid nodules and tumors in high- risk zones.However, the research and development of this technology in China is relatively rare.Thermal ablation mainly includes radiofrequency ablation, and laser ablation, radiofrequency ablation and laser ablation are more commonly used nowadays.The objective of this study is to review three methods on the clinical application of thyroid nodules.
