摘要
手足口病是一种肠道病毒引发的传染性疾病，主要病原是柯萨奇病毒A16型（Cox A16）和肠道病毒71型（EV 71），2-5岁的儿童是其易感人群。目前对该病没有针对性的治疗方法，大部分患者能够获得自我痊愈。病情较轻的患者可以采用中医辨证治疗，能够取得很好的效果，病情严重的患者通常采用甘露醇联合丙种球蛋白进行治疗。本文对手足口病的临床治疗进展进行研究，概括其治疗经验，并对手足口病疫情的治疗和控制进行展望。
Hand,foot and mouth disease is a contagious disease caused by enteroviruses,mainly pathogens are Cox A16 and EV 71,children 2 to 5 years old is its susceptible.Currently the disease is no specific treatment,most patients have access to self-heal.Can be used in patients with mild disease TCM treatment can achieve good results,severely ill patients usually mannitol combined gamma globulin treatment.In this paper,the progress of the clinical treatment of HFMD study summarized their treatment experience,and treatment of hand,foot and mouth disease outbreak and control of outlook.
