悬吊后房型人工晶体脱位的临床分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨悬吊后房型人工晶体脱位的原因及预防方法。方法将因外伤脱位取出的人工晶体及残留断端缝线进行扫描电镜检查,并选取一段正常缝线作为对照。结果人工晶体附着的断端缝线结表面郓裂,松裂的斑块脱落失去正常的结构,粗细不均。晶体上下襻缝线线结无松解与晶体襻接合紧密,线结表面及缝线与晶体襻之间见纤维机化膜形成。结论固定缝线降解及巩膜切割作用引起的缝线强度下降,断裂是悬吊后房型人工晶体脱位的临床病理学研究脱位主要原因。
