摘要
根据某铁路32 m简支箱梁的钢管贝雷梁支架法施工方案,采用简化方法计算了支架系统各组成部分的强度、刚度和稳定性,并建立了支架系统的ANSYS三维有限元分析模型,分析了最不利荷载组合下支架系统的强度和稳定性,通过参数分析,确定了影响支架系统稳定性的主要因素。
According to the construction scheme of a steel pipe-Bailey beam method for a railway 32 m simply-supported box-girder, used a simplified method to calculate the scaffold system in aspects of strength, stiffness and stability, a 3D finite element analysis model was established and the scaffold system under the most unfavorable load combination in terms of strength and stability were analyzed. Parameter analysis was carried out to determine the main factors that affect the stability of the scaffold system.
