摘要
将"PDCA"循环模式引入《城市设计》课程课堂管理中,从教学计划、实施与管理、绩效评价和绩效反馈四个层面有序推动和落实了小组合作的教学形式,充分调动了学生的自主学习和自我管理能力,在一定程度上实现了"个性化"的培养方案。
This paper introduction of "PDCA" circulation mode into City Design course classroom management, orderly promoted and implement of the teaching ways of groups cooperative from teaching plan, implementation and management, performance evaluation and performance feedback four aspects, fully mobilized students' autonomous learning and self management ability, in a certain extent realized the "individuation" training plan.
