以南美发展中国家为例,对跨越"中等收入陷阱"过程中积累的经验进行分析,探索广东省依靠知识产权跨越"中等收入陷阱"的对策,为广东省政府部门积极推进知识产权工作提供建议参考。

Based on research of developing countries in South America, the paper analyses the experience in the process of overcoming the“Middle-income Trap”,and explores the measures taking intel ectual property rights （IPR）as solutions for overcoming the “Middle-income Trap”in Guangdong Province, thus providing Guangdong administrative authorities with useful references on actively promoting IPR develop-ment.
