A Research on F-12 Fiber Preimpregnating Technique

针对F— 12纤维浸渍环氧树脂基体制做预浸胶带性能要求和工艺特点 ,研究了影响基体含量、挥发份、胶带外观结构的主要工艺因素和控制范围。结果表明 ,采用优化后的工艺参数生产的预浸胶带质量稳定 ,缠绕的Φ150mm压力容器特性系数达到了 37km。

In this article, the primary process factors to influence matrix content, volatiles and prepreg appearance and their control range are studied according to property requirements and processing characteristics to make the F-12 fiber prepregs impregnated by epoxy resin systems . The research shows that the quality of the prepregs is stable if the processing parameters are optimized , and that the performance factor of Φ 150 mm winding pressure vessel is up to 37 km.
