摘要
介绍了TDE— 85/A— 50高模量树脂体系 ,最佳配比为摩尔比 1∶0 .875,其最佳固化工艺为60℃ / 3h +80℃ / 2h +150℃ / 3h +180℃ / 3h ,浇铸体的各项性能均远远高于双酚A型环氧树脂 ,拉伸模量高达 5.1GPa ,并对模量提高的机理作了初步的探讨。
A high modulus resin matrix of TDE-85/A-50 system is introduced.It is found that the best mole ratio of TDE-85 to A-50 is 1∶0.875,and the best curing condition is 60℃/3 h+80℃/2 h+150℃/3 h+180℃/3 h.Various properties of TDE-85/A-50 system are higher than that of BPA epoxy resin matrix,which give a matrix modulus up to 5.1 GPa.The mechanism of the modulus increase is also analyzed.
