紫斑牡丹在低温胁迫下的生理响应及其抗寒性 被引量:4

摘要 低温胁迫处理5种甘肃紫斑牡丹,测定分析其枝条的相对电导率、丙二醛质量摩尔浓度、游离脯氨酸质量分数和可溶性糖质量分数的变化,利用电解质渗出率配以Logistic方程拟合求拐点温度,估计其半致死温度,并用模糊隶属度法对各品种的抗寒性做了综合性评价。结果表明:随着处理温度的降低,相对电导率呈上升趋势,丙二醛质量摩尔浓度在达到峰值后出现絮乱波动,游离脯氨酸质量分数呈先上升后趋于稳定趋势,个别略有下降,可溶性糖质量分数基本呈先上升后下降趋势,5种紫斑牡丹的抗寒能力大小顺序为:艳冠群芳、蓝海银波、鹤翎白、紫楼闪金、书生捧墨。 Under cold stress on five cultivars of Paeonia rockii in Gansu Province, we studied the changes of the relative electrical conductivity, malondialdehyde, free proline and soluble sugar of their branches. With the electrolyte leakage rate equation and Logistic equation, we got the inflection point temperature, estimated its semilethal temperature and evaluated the cold resistance of each cuhivar by fuzzy membership grade method. With temperature decreasing, the electrical conductivity of P. rockii increases and MDA content in the disorder occurs after the peak fluctuations. The proline content increases, and then keep stable. Few declines slightly. The soluble sugar first increases and then decreases. The descending order of cold tolerance is Yanguanqunfang Lanhaiyinbo, Helingbai, Ziloushanjin and Shushengpengmo.
