摘要
选用东方百合系列的‘西伯利亚’(‘Siberia’)、‘索邦’(‘Sorbonne’)、‘老曼奇’(‘OldComanehe’)以及OT系列的‘木门’(‘Concador’)和‘黄色风暴’(‘Yelloween’),分别用3种诱抗剂水杨酸(SA)、脱落酸(ABA)、海藻精对这5个百合品种进行不同质量浓度的处理,研究各处理对不同品种的总生育期及切花品质的影响。结果表明:诱抗剂的使用可以缩短冬春季百合生长的时间,提高抗寒性,保证切花品质;就总的处理效果来说,3种诱抗剂中,质量浓度为3.0 g·L-1的水杨酸(SA)对5个品种百合处理综合效果最好,与清水对照相比可以使生育期提前5d左右,且切花品质良好,瓶插寿命较长;脱落酸可缩短百合生育期1周左右,但植株较矮;海藻精处理效果一般。
The experiment was conducted to improve the resistance oi hly cutivars in northern winter and ensure the quality ot cut flower with five lily varieties including the Lilium Oriental hybrids ' Siberia' , ' Sorbonne' , ' OldComanehe' and OT hybrids ' Concador' , ' Yelloween'. Respectively, five lily varieties were processed with three kinds of resistance to lure agent, including salicylic acid (SA), abscisic acid (ABA) and seaweed essence of different concentrations, to study the effects of different treatment on total growth period and the quality of cut. The inducers can reduce the growth period, enhance cold hardiness and keep their quality of cut-flowers. SA of 3.0 g · L-1 has the best effect on growth of lily cut flower production. Compared with the CK plants, the treated plant growth period with SA is reduced by five days, while the quality of cut-flowers is still good, and vase life becomes longer. ABA can reduce the lily growing period by one week with short plant, while the seaweed essence has little effect.
