低剂量苯系物暴露对加油站职工血清氧化应激水平的影响 被引量:5

Effects of occupational exposure to low concentration of benzene series on serum oxidative stress levels in gas station workers

摘要 目的探讨长期低剂量接触苯系物对加油站职工健康的影响。方法采用气相色谱-质谱法检测南宁市12个加油站内加油区和对照区空气中苯系物的浓度,对相应区域的暴露组(n=202)与对照组(n=50)职工使用问卷调查工龄、吸烟及饮酒等基本情况,并采集静脉血检测血清总超氧化物歧化酶(T-SOD)、丙二醛(MDA),谷胱甘肽(GSH)和8-羟基脱氧鸟苷(8-OHdG)含量。结果加油区空气中苯、甲苯,乙苯,间、对、邻二甲苯的浓度均高于对照区,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.001);暴露组血清T-SOD活力和GSH含量低于对照组,血清MDA和8-OHdG含量高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论与对照区比较,加油区职工暴露于较高苯系物浓度;长期低浓度苯系物暴露可能导致加油站职工抗氧化应激能力下降,血清氧化应激产物浓度增加。 Objective To understand the health effects of exposure to low benzene series (BTEX) on gas station workers. Methods The eoneentration of BTEX in air samples from the exposed and control areas in 12 gas stations of Nanning was analyzed by GC/MS. The basic information including the exposure time, smoking and drinking habits of workers in exposed group (n=202) and control group (n=50) were collected by questionnaire. For each subject, venous blood sample was collected to determine the serum T-SOD, MDA, GSH and 8-OHdG. Results The concentrations of benzene, toluene, ethyl benzene and o-xylene in the exposed area were significantly higher compared with the control area (P〈0.001);The serum T-SOD and GSH of the exposed group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P〈0.05). Oppositely, the serum MDA and 8-OHdG of the exposed group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P〈0.05). Conclusion Long-term exposure to low concentration BTEX may reduce the anti-oxidant ability and increase the products of serum oxidative stress in gas station workers.
