摘要
本文基于 CCD图像测量技术 ,提出了一种新的不规则轮廓大尺寸弧长非接触图像测量系统 ,解决了航天飞行器舱体加工中的大尺寸测量的难题。文中给出了系统的结构及原理。并在现场进行了比对实验。最后对系统进行了精度分析 ,结果表明 ,本文所提出的系统的测量精度优于± 0 .5mm/8m。
This paper proposes a new kind of large size arc length non-contact image measuring system of irregular workplace figure, on the basis of CCD imaging technologies.This solves the large size arc length measurement problem of spacecraft compartment on the spot. The constructure and principle of the new system are stated .Comparing experiments in situ are done. Finally, measuring accuracy is analyzed and the results indicate that the error of the measuring system proposed in this paper is less than ±0.5mm/8m
