摘要
汾阳至邢台高速公路段的康家楼隧道1号斜井存在坡度陡、涌水量大等施工难题,难以完全按照传统的施工方法进行施工。在确保安全的前提下,通过对康家楼隧道1号斜井设计和施工技术的实践论证,合理的排水系统和注浆堵水方案得以建立,有效地解决了大倾角、富水斜井掌子面的各种施工难题,且加快了施工进度,减少了工程投资,能够为类似工程提供参考与借鉴。
The No. 1 inclined shaft tunnel of Kangjialou tunnel on Fengyang-xingtai Expressway segment has construction difficulties such as steep slope and large water gushing, so it's hard to be constructed by the traditional construction methods. Under the premise of ensuring safety, drainage system and blocking water by grouting are established by practice and demonstration of design and construction technology for the No. 1 inclined shaft tunnel, which effectively solved a variety of construction problems such as big dip and rich water. Moreover it accelerated construction progress and reduced the investment of the project, which can provide information and reference for similar projects.
