颅内生殖细胞瘤1例报告

摘要 患儿男，11岁11个月，因“嘴角歪斜4个月、左侧肢体活动障碍2个月伴右眼外斜1个月余”于2012年11月19日入院。患儿于2012年7月初无明显诱因出现嘴角歪斜．饮水偶有呛咳，当时未予重视。2012年9月初出现行走不稳，左侧为著，症状逐渐加重．出现左上肢麻木，左手握物不稳，
