摘要
研究了高速高精度NURBS曲线插补算法,提出了一种基于量子框架软件总线结构的嵌入式数控系统,以NURBS曲线高速高精度插补器活动对象为例研究了活动对象构建方法。最后通过螺旋转子摆线段加工实验验证了所提出理论和算法的正确性。
The paper studied the high-speed high-precision NURBS curve interpolation algorithm, put forward an embedded numerical control system based on quantum framework software bus struc-ture,took NURBS curve high-speed high-precision interpolator active obj ect as an example to research the active obj ect construction method.Finally theoretical and algorithm correctness were verified through a period of rotor cycloid machining experiments.
