摘要
针对防水材料耐久年限远短于建筑的设计使用年限的地下防水现状,提出地下工程同寿命周期防水构造设计理念,旨在通过改善防水构造方案及细部防水构造等,使地下工程在设计使用年限内,较为有效地控制渗水漏水现象,保证工程的正常使用。以郑州某高层办公楼扩建工程变形缝渗水治理构造为实践案例,采用增设防水挡墙、洞口封堵并预埋注浆管及单向止逆压环、外墙内防水以及增设排水沟槽等综合治理方案,工程经2年检验,满足防水要求。
According to the present situation of underground than the building service life,the waterproof construction of equal waterproofing design of waterproof material durability far shorter life cycle with substructure is put forward,which aims to control of seepage water leakage phenomenon and ensure the normal use of engineering with improving the waterproof construction scheme and detailed waterproof construction. With the case of a high-rise office building in Zhengzhou expansion project's deformation joint seepage management structure,some comprehensive treatment managements are put into effect,which are adding drainage wall, sealing and grouting pipe embedment and cheek the pressure ring, external wall waterproofing and drainage trench. The project met waterproof requirements after two years of testing.
