空心玻璃微珠隔热砂浆强度的影响因素及控制 被引量:2

摘要 研究了不同因素对空心玻璃微珠隔热砂浆各龄期强度的影响,找出主要影响因素与砂浆强度变化之间的关系,明确了强度改善的相应控制点。结果表明:水泥、硬石膏和矿物L复合的三元胶凝体系中硬石膏所占比例为15%,且当矿物L取代水泥的量为40%时,胶凝材料的强度较高:空心玻璃微珠含量对砂浆强度的影响显著,砂浆抗压干强度随其着含量的提高降幅较大;5010型乳胶粉掺量控制在2%~3%时,对空心玻璃微珠隔热砂浆的拉伸粘结强度有明显的提高作用;纤维素醚有益于砂浆的工作性,而对拉伸粘结强度的改善有限,较适宜掺量为0.4%-0.8%。 The different affecting factors for all kinds of intensity concerning thermal-insulation mortar are researched in this paper, spying the relation between main influence factors and strength changes of mortar, clearing the corresponding control points help to improve intensity. The results indicate that the strength of composite ternary cemeutitious material is higher, when anhy- drite proportion is 15% in cement and anhydrite or mineral L ternary system, meanwhile the amount of mineral L replace the amount of cement is 40%;dry compressive strength is to wider-margin declining of mortar with increasing of hollow glass beads content,manifesting close contact between them;dosage of 5010 emulsion powder should be in the range of 2%-3%,which can improve tensile bond-strength of mortar significantly, cellulose ethers have a great influence on the workability of mortar, but influ- ence of tensile bond-strength is limited,appropriating content is between 0.4% and 0.8%.
