双掺技术在泡沫混凝土中的应用研究

The application research of double mixing technology of fly ash and slag in foam concrete

研究了粉煤灰、矿粉双掺对泡沫混凝土性能的影响。试验结果表明,在泡沫混凝土中,粉煤灰、矿粉双掺等量取代水泥对泡沫混凝土的干湿表观密度、强度无不利影响,粉煤灰、矿粉双掺能较好地发挥强度互补效应,适宜掺量为粉煤灰20%、矿粉25%。

This paper studies the impacts of fly ash and slag on the foam concrete. The results show that the mixing tech- nology of fly ash and slag in foam concrete proves no adverse effects on bulk density and compressive strength. Moreover, the mix- ing technology of fly ash and slag shows well economic effect in practical application. The appropriate mixing content of fly ash and slag is 20% and 25% respectively.
