摘要
为了对油套管内壁进行全方位的清洗除垢,同时克服射流清洗除垢方式的不足,提出了连续管旋转射流除垢技术。该技术通过减少喷嘴数量和降低排量,提高喷嘴的射流速度,利用喷射反力和旋转接头使喷嘴旋转对油管内壁实施全方位除垢。旋转射流工具包括限速旋转接头和喷嘴,对喷嘴流道和射流流体进行了优化,通过地面试验对限速旋转喷射工具的性能和参数选择的合理性进行了验证,同时对该技术进行了现场应用。地面试验结果表明,油管除垢的喷嘴射流速度要在150 m/s以上,这样才能完全清除油套管内壁的杂质,达到恢复井筒通径的目的。
To conduct an all-around cleaning and descaling of the inner wall of tubing anti casing and over- come the weakness of the jet cleaning and descaling mode, coiled tubing (CT) rotary jet descaling technology was tormulated. The technology improves the jet velocity of nozzle by reducing the number of nozzles and decreasing the displacement, making use of jet reaction and rotating joint to make nuzzle rotate in order to conduct a comprehensive descaling of tubing' s inner wall. The rotary jet tools include speed limit rotating joint and nozzle. The nozzle flow channel and jet fluid were optimized. The ground test was carried out to verify the performance of speed limit rota- ring jet tools and the rationality of parametric selection. Meanwhile, the field application of the technology was con- ducted. The ground test findings show that the nozzle jet velocity should be greater than 150 m/s, and then all im- purities on the inner wall of tubing and easing can be removed, achieving the purpose of recovering wellbnre drift.
