摘要
应用贴体坐标系下辐射传递方程的离散坐标法 ,数值模拟了三维叶片流道内的辐射换热 ,计算了进口燃气总温分别为 16 73K和 2 193K时 ,发动机叶片流道内燃气对发动机机匣、轮毂和叶片的入射辐射热流密度。数值模拟表明 ,当进口燃气总温增加 2 9 9%时 ,入射辐射热流密度将增加 188%~ 2 12 % ,与直角坐标系下有限体积法的计算结果比较 。
The discrete ordinates method (DOM) in general body-fitted coordinates was employed to simulate radiation in three dimensional vane channel of engine, and incident radiant heat fluxes on engine wall and blades was computed and compared when total temperature of inlet gas was 1673 K and 2193 K respectively. The numerical simulation indicates that incident radiant heat fluxes increase from 188 percent to 212 percent when temperature of inlet gas increase 29.9 percent. The solution from DOM is found to be in good agreement with that from finite volume method in a Cartesian coordinate.
