摘要 为实现动态和暂态条件下同步相量的精确测量,提出基于一组线性相位有限冲激响应数字滤波的动态相量测量算法,系统阐述了算法的理论基础和设计方法。动态相量表示成一组基函数的加权和,由基函数优化选取和权重最小二乘估计实现测量滤波器的最优设计。通过将干扰分量加入优化目标产生陷波效果,实现对任意指定频率的谐波和间谐波,以及故障条件下衰减直流分量的有效抑制。测量滤波器的频响分析和相量测量的误差检验结果表明算法具有很高精度和良好适应性,特别适合于工程应用。 In order to meet the accuracy requirements of synchrophasor measurement under dynamic and transient conditions, a dynamic phasor measurement algorithm was proposed based on a set of linear-phase finite impulse response (FIR) filters. The dynamic phasor was modeled as a weighted sum of a series of basis functions, and the optimization design of the FIR filters were performed by optimal selection of basis functions and least square (LS) estimation of the function weights. The specified harmonic, inter-harmonic, and decaying DC offset were restrained by using jamming into LS estimation so that there would exist notch-filter effect in the preassigned frequency bands of the designed filters. Frequency response analysis and measurement testing results show that the proposed synchrophasor estimator is effective, high-accuracy and very feasible for practical application.
