摘要
松乳菇是1种外生菌根真菌,目前还难以完全实现人工代料栽培,本试验设计研究4种不同的生长调节物质对松乳菇菌丝生长的影响。结果表明,分别添加浓度为40 mg·L-1的维生素Bl、5 mg·L-1的赤霉素、1.0 mg·L-1的三十烷醇和40mg·L-1的肌醇时,菌丝的生长速度最快。其中,添加浓度为5 mg·L-1的赤霉素对松乳菇菌丝生长的促进作用最为显著。
Lactarius deliciosus was one type of ectomycorrhizal mushrooms. It was difficult to fully realize human generation of material culture, and the effects of four different types of plant growth regulators on the mycelia growth were investigated. The da ta showed that the vitamin B1 , gibberellins, triaeontanol and inositol prompt the mycelia growth of Lactarius deliciosus. It was found that most effective concentration for stimulating growth of vitamin Bi, gibberellins, triacontanol and inositol was 40 mg. L^-1, 5 mg. L^-1, 1 mg. L^-1 and 40 mg. L^-1, respectively. Among those plant growth regulators, gibberellins at 5 rag. L- showed the most significant effect on enhancing the mycelia growth of Lactarius deliciosus.
