This paper analyzes some influence factors, including the important factors and the key factor to predict future social vision of public library, points out that the clear large scale applications of the digital technology and network technology in the current is the best time to look forward to the future to the library. The future social vision of public library appears as a public knowledge node, but its basic evolution of the road is as follows ： from the feudal library to the public knowledge center, to the future public knowledge node.
