摘要
军贸是一种特殊的经济活动，具有一般经济活动不具备的政治和军事意义。联合国一直致力于规范世界军贸活动，于2013年联合国大会上表决通过《武器贸易条约》（ATT），并开放供所有国家签署。该条约被认为是迄今为止联合国关于常规武器转让规范的最重要的倡议，因此有必要对该条约的起源、发展和具体内容进行梳理，并对该条约对军贸可能带来的影响进行初步的分析和预判。
