摘要
研究电网的拓扑关系问题,应用复杂网络理论从电网拓扑结构脆弱方面研究了电网故障,但部分区域电网元件所处气候条件复杂,导致电网发生故障的概率增大。根据复杂网络理论及自然因素,探讨恶劣天气对电网安全运行的影响。首先用复杂网络建模思想构建电网拓扑模型,并分析电网的拓扑特性,并在正常天气和恶劣天气两种模式下,提出利用复杂网络理论的恶劣环境下电网脆弱性仿真算法。最后对IEEE-118电力系统进行仿真,仿真恶劣天气影响区域的改变对电网故障的影响,验证了改进方法的合理性和正确性。
This paper studied the effect of bad weather on the safe operation of power grid, based on the theory of complex networks research and considering the natural factors. Firstly, with a complex network modeling thought, we established and analyzed a topological model of power systems. Then in two models of normal weather and bad weath- er, we proposed the simulation algorithm on vulnerability of power grids under harsh environment based on complex network theory. Finally, with IEEE ll8-bus test system as an example, we simulated the effect on electrical fault by changing the area affected by bad weather and verified the rationality.
