摘要
关于红外镜头结构的优化设计问题,为得出多层套筒形式的红外机械消热差镜头中套筒结构之间的合理间隙值,设计了多层套筒形式的消热结构,并对多层套筒结构的径向热变形进行了理论计算分析和仿真分析,对比了传统的经验设计和计算机仿真设计在间隙设计上的差异。重点采用ANSYS软件对多层套筒结构进行间隙设计,针对不同材料的零件以及不同半径的零件设计了不同的间隙值。采用软件设计的消热结构的消热差镜头的高低温试验也验证了软件分析在套筒结构间隙设计上的可行性与可靠性。
To obtain a reasonable clearance value between the cylindrical structure of infrared lens with mechanical athermalized, an atbermalized structure was designed and a radial deformation of the cylindrical structure was ana- lysed based on theory and software. The difference between traditional experience design and computer simulation design was compared in clearance design. Clearance design on the sleeve structure by ANSYS was the main point in this paper. The different clearance value was designed depending on the materials as well as different radiuses of parts. Final temperature test show that the clearance design which used software is of feasibility and realiability.
