脂肪粉对黑凤鸡产蛋性能、健康状况及血清生化指标的影响 被引量:1

Effects of fat powder on laying performance,health status and blood biochemical index of black-boned chicken with black teather

摘要 本试验选取300日龄黑凤鸡800只,随机分为4组,每组4个重复,每个重复50只。对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组分别在基础日粮中添加1%、3%和5%的脂肪粉,预试期7 d,试验期30 d,研究脂肪粉对黑凤鸡产蛋性能、健康状况和血清生化指标的影响。结果表明:与对照组相比,试验Ⅰ组和Ⅱ组的产蛋率分别提高了3.38%和6.76%(P<0.05),而试验Ⅲ组与对照组组间差异不显著(P>0.05);试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组的平均蛋重比对照组分别提高4.85%、6.50%、7.64%(P<0.05),破(软)蛋率降低21.95%、63.42%、60.98%(P<0.05);脏蛋率以试验Ⅲ组最低,显著低于对照组和试验Ⅰ组(P<0.05),但与试验Ⅱ组间差异不显著(P>0.05);各试验组的畸形蛋率、发病率、死亡率和淘汰率与对照组相比,差异均不显著(P>0.05);各试验组的血清总蛋白、白蛋白和球蛋白含量均显著高于对照组(P<0.05),而试验Ⅱ组和Ⅲ组的血清尿素氮及血糖含量却显著低于对照组(P<0.05),但试验Ⅰ组与对照组间差异不显著(P>0.05)。综合考虑,在黑凤鸡日粮中添加3%的脂肪粉效果较好。 A total of 800 black-boned chicken with black feather at 300-day-old were randomly divided into 4 groups with 4 replications of 50 layers each.Hens in control group were fed a basal diet,and the trial group Ⅰ , Ⅱand Ⅲ were fed diet supplemented with 1% ,3% and 5% fat powder respectively to study the effects of fat powder on laying performance, health status and blood biochemical index of black-boned chicken with black feather.The adjustment period lasted for 7 d, and the experimental period lasted for 30 d.The results showed that:the laying rate of the trial group I and 11 were signif- icantly increased by 3.38% and 6.76% compared with the control group (P 〈 0.05), but there was no significant difference between the trial group Ⅲ and the control group(P 〉 0.05) ;The average egg weight of all the trial groups were significantly increased by 4.85%,6.50% and 7.64% respectively,compared with the control group(P 〈 0.05),and the rate of broken and soft eggs were significantly decreased by 21.95% ,63.42% and 60.98%(P 〈 0.05);The rate of dirty eggs of the trial group Ⅲ was significantly lower than that of the control group and trial group I (P 〈 0.05) ,but there was no significant difference between the trial group ]lI and the trial group 11 (P 〉 0.05);The rate of deformational eggs,the morbidity and elimination rate of all the trial groups had no significant difference compared with the control group (P 〉 0.05);Compared with the control group ,the contents of total protein, albumin, globulin in serum of all the trial groups were significant high- er than those of the control group (P 〈 0.05),and the contents of urea nitrogen and glucose in serum of the trial group Ⅱ and m were significantly lower than those of the control group (P 〈 0.05) ,but there was no significant difference between the trial group I and the control group (P 〉 0.05).Comprehensive consideration ,the effects of 3% adding level of fat powder was better than that of 1% and 5% adding level.
