蒲公英复方制剂中总黄酮含量的测定 被引量:4

The determination of total content of flavonoids in the dandelion compound preparation

摘要 本实验以芦丁为对照品,采用分光光度法对蒲公英复方制剂中总黄酮含量的测定方法进行方法学研究,结果表明,当芦丁含量在0.2006—1.2036mg范围内与吸光度呈良好线性关系,回归方程为:A=0.5721C-0.0029(r=0.999),平均回收率为97.42%,RSD为1.56%。该方法准确、经济、操作简便,是一种简单、有效的蒲公英复方制剂中总黄酮含量的测定方法。 Using rutin as the authentic standard,the determination method of total flavonoids in dandelion compound preparation was researched by ultraviolet-visible spetrophptometry.The results indicated that the calibration curve showed a good linear relationship at ranger of 0.2006 - 1.2036 mg,and the linear regression equation was A =0.5721C-0.0029 (r=0.999).The average recovery was 97.42%, with RSD being of 1.56%.The established method was reliable and accurate. It can be used to determine the contents of total flavonoids in dandelion compound preparation.
