腹腔镜手术对子宫内膜异位囊肿的临床应用分析

Analysis of Laparoscope Surgery for Patients with Endometrial Cyst

目的评价分析子宫内膜异位症应用腹腔镜进行临床治疗的应用价值。方法选取我院收治的子宫内膜异位症患者90例,以奇偶分组法将其分为对照组与治疗组,其中对照组患者进行常规开腹手术进行治疗,而治疗组患者则予以腹腔镜手术进行治疗,记录两组患者手术期间的相关监测指标,并统计其治疗有效率。结果 90例患者均有效完成手术,术后愈合良好。治疗组有效率为95.6%,显著优于对照组84.4%(P<0.05);治疗组术中出血量、术后住院时间、术后抗感染时间均明显少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论以腹腔镜作为子宫内膜异位症的首选手术治疗模式,可有效提高临床治疗效果,值得推广。

Objective To analyze the value of laparoscope treated on endometriosis. Methods 90 patients with endometriosis were divided into control group and treatment group by parity method. Patients in control group were treated by conventional surgery. Patients in treatment group were treated by laparoscope surgery. Monitoring indicators of two groups were recorded and the effective rate was calculated. Results The effective rate of treatment group was 95.6%, which was significantly higher than control group （84.4%） （P〈0.05）. Compared with control group, bleeding amount of treatment group was significantly less and hospitalization and anti-infection time after surgery were significantly shorter （P〈0.05）. Conclusions Laparoscope can be used as preferred surgical mode in treatment of endometriosis to improve clinical effect.
