硅酸钙滤饼的脱水性能

摘要 对合成硅酸钙的表面结构、粒径分布和Zeta电位进行分析,研究絮凝剂和表面活性剂对滤饼滤水时间和滤饼干度的影响。实验结果表明,絮凝剂或表面活性剂单独使用时能够改善滤饼的滤水性能,且阳离子聚丙烯酰胺(CPAM)和十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(CTAB)配合使用时有更显著的效果。当CPAM用量0.06%,CTAB用量0.15%时,硅酸钙的滤水时间72 s,滤饼干度30.86%。 The surface structure, particle size and Zeta electric potential of calcium silicate were analyzed, the influences of flocculating agent and surfactant on the filter time, as well as the solid rate of filter cake were studied in this article. The results indicated that both of flocculating agent and surfactant can improve the dewater ability of filter cake, and used in combination with the CPAM and CTAB had the best results.When dosage of CPAM and CTAB was 0.06% and 0.15%, the filter time and solid rate of calcium silicate could achieve 72 s and 30.86%.
