摘要
采用Epson Stylus Photo1400彩色打印设备,在平面茧丝无纺片材上印制图像,研究了片材厚度、助剂、印制参数等对成像效果的影响,探讨了平面茧丝无纺片材的印制图像最优化的加工工艺。试验结果表明:在平面茧丝无纺片材上印制图像技术可行且最终成品图像清晰,并具备纸介质所不具有的特殊纹理;在实际生产中需热压预处理、平整处理、图像调整、成像固色处理等流程,保证温度为常温、片材厚度在0.60~1.00 mm,选用动物蛋白为原料的环保型助剂较为适宜。
This paper uses Epson Stylus Photo1400 color printing equipment to print patterns on the surface of nonwoven sheet of flat silk,studies the influences of sheet thickness,auxiliaries and printing parameters on the imaging effect and discusses the optimized processing technology of printed image of non-woven sheet of flat silk. The experimental results show image printing technology with non-woven sheet of flat silk is feasible and the image of the final finished product is clear. In addition,it has the special texture which the paper medium does not own. In actual production,hot-pressing pretreatment,smooth processing,image adjustment and imaging fixation processing are still needed to ensure the following conditions: normal temperature; sheet thickness 0. 60 ~ 1. 00 mm; environment friendly auxiliaries with the raw materials of animal protein.
