真丝床上用品面料的性能研究

A Study on Performance of Real Silk Bedding Fabrics

为了更好地了解和改善真丝床上用品的使用性能,通过技术革新和设备改造,研制了高档真丝床上用品面料,并对织物风格、强力、热湿舒适性等进行了对比分析,在此基础上,通过消费者对实际使用效果进行了评价。结果表明：真丝织物的柔软性、悬垂性、平整度、光滑度、弹性和热湿舒适性能明显优于棉织物;实际使用时,在冬季与丝绵被胎联合使用,真丝床上用品人体周围的被窝温度在32～34℃,相对湿度在50%～65%,十分有利于睡眠。

In order to learn and improve usability of real silk beddings,this thesis not only studies high- grade beddings produced by real silk fabric but also compares and analyzes fabric style,strength and heat-moisture comfort. Based on this,it evaluates practical using effect by consumers. According to results,it shows that flexibility, draping,flatness,smoothness,elasticity and heat and humidity of real silk are obviously superior to that of cotton fabrics. When silk wadding quilt is used jointly in practical use,bed temperature of real silk beddings surrounding human body is 32 ～ 34 ℃ and relative humanity is 50% ～ 65%,which is helpful for sleeping.
