摘要
环模和压辊是制粒机的核心部件,其结构参数对压制颗粒特性有直接的影响。为了提供合理的长径比确定依据,首先对制粒机进料高度进行分析,建立了进料高度数学模型;其次,对有效压缩区域面积进行分析,建立了有效压缩区域面积的数学模型;最后,依据有效压缩区域面积,建立了3种形式的环模、压辊结构参数和粉料密度、颗粒料密度间的映射关系模型。通过对这3种形式模型的对比分析,确定以环模压制颗粒1周为例得出的数学模型比较简洁,易于理解,适合在制粒机设计中进行应用。
Ring die and compression roller is the core component of granulator,and its structural parameters have direct effect on pellet feed characteristics.In order to provide the determining standard for reasonable length-diameter ratio,firstly,the mathematical model is established by the feeding height analysis of granulator.Secondly,through the analysis and calculation for the effective compression area,the corresponding mathematical model is also built.Finally,based on the area model,three types of mapping model between ring die structure parameters,compression roller structure parameters and density of powder and pellet feed are realized.In these three models,the one that the ring die makes pellet feed for one round is simple,easy to understand and suitable for application in the granulator design.
