摘要
针对目前变量混药装置喷雾压力不稳定和农药与水混合比不精确的问题,设计了一种电磁计量泵与比例溢流阀相结合的变量混药装置。通过采用电磁计量泵抽取药液,提高了农药与水配比的准确性。比例溢流阀与单片机相结合,方便调节水和药液的流量,并且能够单独控制水和药液的回路。试验表明,变量混药装置能够根据实际需要调节水和药液的流量,保持农药与水混合比稳定,而且压力满足喷雾要求。
Aiming at variable mix medicine plant spray pressure instability and pesticide mixed with water than the inaccuracy problem,design a kind of electromagnetic metering pump combined with proportional overflow valve variable mixing device.By using electromagnetic metering pump to extract liquid,improve the accuracy of the ratio of pesticide and water.Proportional overflow valve combined with single chip microcomputer,convenient and regulating the flow of water and liquid,and can be individually controlled water and solution of the circuit.By test variable mix medicine whether device can according to the actual need to regulate the flow of water and liquid pesticides and water mixing ratio is stable,and satisfies the requirement of the spray pressure.
