秸秆粉碎覆盖玉米免耕施肥播种机零部件设计

摘要 我国北方一年两熟地区秸秆覆盖较多,玉米免耕施肥播种时容易堵塞,播种质量不稳定,且在秸秆粉碎后的全覆盖的地表播种后容易发生出苗不全、苗生长不壮的问题。为此,设计了一种秸秆粉碎覆盖玉米免耕施肥播种机。该机与66kW拖拉机配套,采用三点悬挂作业,一次性完成秸秆粉碎还田、开沟施肥、播种、镇压等多道作业工序,可解决作业防堵问题,确保播种质量,提高作业效率。 This design is prone to clogging,for the case of two crops a year in northern China region more straw mulch,corn no-tillage fertilization sowing and planting quality unstable,and prone to full coverage of the surface after sowing,after the straw crushedinsufficiency of emergence,seedling growth is not strong.design a straw chopper cover corn notillage fertilizer seeder,supporting with 66kW tractor,full Suspension work,three-point suspension,a one-time completion of the straw chopper,the ditching fertilization,planting,suppression of multi-channel operations processes to solve the job attempts to prevent problems and ensure the quality of planting and improve operating efficiency.
